- Refund Policy
At Number 1 Mobile Protection we are passionate about what we do, and we want to make your refunds or cancellation as easy as possible. In certain circumstances, you may want to return some items. Please read our return policy below, and we will do our best to assist you.
Be aware that cancelling an already purchased order does not guarantee a refund from Number 1 Mobile Protection. All order deposits are non-refundable/applied to restocking fee. Orders already shipped for delivery and deposit confirmed by us and/or order/product delivered are final and cannot be refunded.
Your continuous use of the Number 1 Mobile Protection website means you consent that all payments or purchases made on the site are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by Number 1 Mobile Protection.
- Return Request Conditions
A Return Request must be mailed to us within thirty (30) days after the delivery of the item. The item must be in the same condition it was before shipment to receive a full refund.
If 30 days have passed since you received the package, we will unfortunately not offer you a refund. All Return Request emails must include an image or video proof of the damaged item to info@phonarama.com, within 30 days after delivery to be eligible for a return. Your cancellation and return request need to include the receipt or proof of purchase. Your return item must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and documentation intact within 30 days after delivery confirmation. You agree to be fully responsible for paying the shipping costs of your return item.
- Un-returnable Products or Orders
The right to return does not cover the instances described in this section. - Customized orders, or orders made according to the buyer’s specification and preference;
- Orders or items that are liable to expire or deteriorate quickly.
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health hygiene conditions.
- Orders and items that were unsealed after delivery, etc.
- Returnable Products
Products that can be returned/refunded must follow the criteria described below: - Faulty items, damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival;
- Items received in the incorrect size/colour;
- If you are yet to receive your purchase Item, after the delivery window specified on your order page has passed.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the returned item will be deducted from your refund.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, please send a message to us and tell us which of the conditions you have not met. We will suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive your return request in a situation that does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the option not to make a refund to you.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original payment method, excluding the shipping charges and restocking fee. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be notified via email of the status of your refund and any potential adjustments once we have processed and approved your refund request.
